Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the OS-ConnectIQ platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Client") and OS Tech Labs.

If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension of your access to the platform.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep it updated at all times.

Lawful Use

You agree not to use the services for any illegal purpose or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, or defamatory.

3. WhatsApp API Service Limitations

OS-ConnectIQ facilitates communication via third-party APIs, specifically Meta's WhatsApp Business API. Your use is subject to the following limitations:

check_circleOS-ConnectIQ is not responsible for API downtime caused by Meta.
check_circleService may be throttled based on WhatsApp's rate limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design patterns, logos, and proprietary algorithms remain the exclusive property of OS Tech Labs. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose during the subscription term.

User Data remains the property of the User, but the User grants OS-ConnectIQ the right to process this data to provide the services described.

5. Termination

OS-ConnectIQ reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of the aforementioned jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OS Tech Labs, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
